Pizza Flatbread - Grilled: ========================== Servings - 8 (about 6-8" rounds) Ingredients: - 1 tsp active dry yeast - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 2/3 cup flour - 2 tsp course salt - Pizza toppings Directions: 1) Place 1 cup warm water in bowl + sprinkle yeast on top. Stir to disolve + set aside for 5 min until yeast foamy. 2) Add olive oil, flour and salt. Mix to combine. 3) Turn dough on well floured surface, knead 2 min or until elastic. (Use dough hook works easiest) 4) Place dough in oiled bowl, turn over once to cover both sides. Cover + let stand in warm place for 30 minutes OPTION: After step above, refrig for up to 3 days or freeze. When taking from refrig, let warm at room temp 1 hour. 5) Turn dough on lightly floured surface, divive into 8 equal parts + roll each to 1/8 think round 6) Brush one side with olive oil (or spray with veg spray) and place oiled side down on hot grill. 7) Grill for 2 min and put on greased plate (cooked size up) 8) Add pizza toppings (Example: spag sauce, mozz cheeze, pepporoni, etc) 9) Grill 2 more minutes (or until cheese melts) Tips: - You can also mix in 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp oregano into dough at step 2.
